CASE FILE 001: THE PRE-NUCLEAR BASELINE
Location: London and Adjoining Shires, England
Date: 1606
Classification: WEAK
Court of James I records document livestock deaths with internal parts removed and carcasses left with fleece intact, 339 years before Trinity. Establishes the program was operating four centuries before the nuclear era.
CASE FILE 002: THE PRE-LASER ANCHOR CASE
Location: Alamosa, Colorado, USA
Date: September 1967
Classification: CONFIRMED
Lady, a three-year-old Appaloosa mare. Flesh stripped from the neck upward, organs removed surgically, hemoglobin cooked at hundreds of degrees. No cauterizing laser technology capable of this result existed in 1967. Pericardium intact, heart missing, the first confirmed instance in the modern record.
CASE FILE 003: THE PROCEDURAL FAILURE AND THE GOVERNMENT FINGERPRINTS
Location: Gomez Ranch, Dulce, New Mexico, USA
Date: 1976 to 1981
Classification: CONFIRMED (physical scene evidence excluded, compromised scene ruling)
UV pre-selection marking confirmed on the living herd. Chlorpromazine and citric acid confirmed by Los Alamos. The only documented procedural failure in sixty years, and a secondary human monitoring operation confirmed at the scene.
CASE FILE 004: THE PERIOSTEUM FINDING AND THE FENCE CORRECTION
Location: Cloverly Station, Eungella, Queensland, Australia
Date: 2005 to 2023
Classification: CONFIRMED
Twenty animals over eighteen years. Senior veterinarian finding: periosteum intact beneath completely excised flesh, cuts exceeding the precision of any known human surgical instrument. Fence repositioning confirmed, and zero blood across all twenty incidents.
CASE FILE 005: THE INTERIOR ORAL BURN AND THE WHITE LINE PRE-SELECTION
Location: Argentina, Dual Incident
Date: June and October 2025

Five parallel white lines observed on a living cow in daylight, visible spectrum pre-selection marking. A burn originating from inside the oral cavity outward, definitive confirmation of an internal-to-external probe mechanism. Multi-species sequential sampling on a single property.
CASE FILE 006: BLOOD SPRAY, THE HEART WAS STILL BEATING
Location: Spruce View Acres, Alberta, Canada
Date: June 2024

Nine-year-old purebred Simmental. Blood spray on teeth and gums at arterial pressure, the heart beating during the procedure. Quarter cup of residual blood inside the mouth only, zero blood elsewhere. Mandibular salivary gland confirmed as a specific deliberate target.
CASE FILE 007: DIRECT OPERATIONAL OBSERVATION, 15 WITNESSES
Location: Wales / Shropshire Corridor, United Kingdom
Date: 1998 to 2010 and beyond
Classification: CONFIRMED
A twelve-year APFU investigation that began as sceptics. Drilled skull holes, brain removed, and a dual cut mechanism confirmed microscopically. Radnor Forest, March 2010: fifteen investigators observed two red spheres deploying beams to the ground. The next morning, casualties across the valley.
CASE FILE 008: NO FORENSIC EVIDENCE OF ANY KIND
Location: Silvies Valley Ranch, Harney County, Oregon, USA

Five purebred Hereford bulls, same breed, same age, in a remote forest allotment within 48 hours. Metal detector scan found zero bullets, wounds confirmed cleanly cut, and a $25,000 reward produced zero leads. AARO independently identified Harney County among the highest per-capita UAP reporting areas in the United States.
CASE FILE 009: THE OFFICIAL PRESS CONFERENCE AND THE BRASS-REACTIVE WHITE MATERIAL

Date: October 1992 to May 1993

An official municipal press conference on more than thirty animals. Extremely high heat at excisions and zero tracks in soft ground, confirmed officially. Dr. Altshuler's second examination, 26 years after Alamosa: same instrument, same result. A flaky white material that melted to clear liquid on contact with brass.
CASE FILE 010: FORTY-FIVE MINUTES IN DAYLIGHT
Location: Uinta Basin, Utah, USA, NIDS Series
Date: 1996 to 2004

Fifteen PhD scientists under Dr. Colm Kelleher. March 10, 1997: an 87-pound newborn calf tagged, the ranchers walk 300 yards, turn around, and the calf is eviscerated. Forty-five minutes, daylight, open pasture, zero tracks. Pericardium intact, potassium chloride at ten times normal.
CASE FILE 011: THE HUMAN VICTIM
Location: Guarapiranga Reservoir, Sao Paulo, Brazil
Date: September 1988
Classification: CONFIRMED (with noted evidentiary dispute on cause of death)
An official Brazilian autopsy documenting the same procedural signature on an adult male. Circular wounds with burn-like edges, zero blood, no decomposition at 48 to 72 hours, and vital reactions confirming every wound was made on a living subject. Clinical forensic context, handled with care.
CASE FILE 012: THE IMPOSSIBLE SPINE EXTRACTION
Location: San Luis Valley, Colorado, USA, O'Brien Series
Date: 1992 to 2024
Classification: CONFIRMED
Chris O'Brien investigated more than 200 cases over three decades. The March 1998 anchor case: spine removed neck to hips in an upward direction through physically impossible geometry, brain removed with no break in the cranium, and scavengers refusing the carcass despite organs left in the body cavity.
CASE FILE 013: HIDE ONLY, MEAT UNDER REMOVED HIDE UNTOUCHED
Location: TX-OSR Highway Corridor, Three Counties, Texas, USA
Date: April 2023

Six cows, six properties, three counties, one corridor, with AP and CNN coverage. The official law enforcement finding: a straight, clean, precise cut removing hide while leaving the meat beneath untouched, the most specific tissue-selectivity finding in the series. Zero tracks at all six scenes.
CASE FILE 014: ADJACENT RANCH EXCLUSION, SEVEN EVENTS, NEIGHBOURS UNTOUCHED
Location: Trinidad / Las Animas County, Colorado, USA
Date: 1999 to 2018
Classification: CONFIRMED
Seven confirmed events on one ranch over two decades while adjacent ranches sharing boundaries were never targeted. Dropped-from-height carcass conditions confirmed in two events, and a 2018 carcass placed deliberately near a stud bull.
CASE FILE 015: TWENTY MILES OVERNIGHT, THE MOST RECENT DOCUMENTED CASE
Location: Payette / Washington Counties, Idaho, USA
Date: April 21 to 22, 2026

A three-month-old Charolais cross heifer calf taken from open range and found partially mutilated twenty miles away the next morning. Four agencies, a felony investigation, no vehicle sighted, no witnesses to ground movement, and zero leads as of publication.
CASE FILE 016: HIGHWAY 81, THE FOURTH DOCUMENTED CORRIDOR
Location: Kansas / Nebraska Corridor, USA
Date: June to December 1973
Classification: CONFIRMED
Forty confirmed law enforcement investigations in a single season along US Highway 81, including a State Senator's ranch. The cauterised optic nerve finding, an eye extracted with the optic nerve cauterised at posterior orbital depth, remains the most anatomically specific thermal precision finding in the series.
CASE FILE 017: EYELID PRECISION AND THE UPRIGHT PLACEMENT
Location: Oregon Multi-County Series, Nine Counties
Date: 2019 to 2022
Classification: CONFIRMED
Nine counties, with sheriff's deputies publicly distinguishing these scenes from predation and natural death. The Grant County finding: eyelids removed with half-millimetre precision, leaving the eye intact beneath, alongside snout, tongue, and genitalia removal.
CASE FILE 018: BONE CUT THROUGH WITH ZERO BONE DUST
Location: Montana North Central Series, Five Counties
Date: August 1974 to 1977
Classification: CONFIRMED
Captain Keith Wolverton's five-county task force, 67 confirmed cases by December 1977. A bull calf's hind leg cut through the full bone diameter in a circular manner with zero bone dust and zero saw evidence, the fifth physically impossible finding, plus a carcass placed on the summit of Square Butte.
CASE FILE 019: THE PARLIAMENTARY RECORD AND THE RCMP CHALLENGE TO THE FBI
Location: Alberta and Saskatchewan, Canada, RCMP Series
Date: August 1979 to Summer 1980
Classification: CONFIRMED
Thirty-eight confirmed cases investigated by RCMP Calgary. The Canadian Parliament questioned the Minister of Agriculture in October 1979, placing the investigation on the parliamentary record, and the lead RCMP investigator publicly challenged the FBI's Rommel Report conclusions.
CASE FILE 020: THE HAIR TRIANGLE AND NO-ENTRY-POINT EXTRACTION
Location: Montana, Meagher and Pondera County Continuing Series

More than 25 years of documented investigation by Sheriff Jon Lopp. A government-controlled sedative confirmed at high levels in fresh carcass blood, the third independent pharmacological confirmation. Internal organs removed with no obvious points of entry, coyotes holding a 20 to 30 foot exclusion boundary, and grizzly bears refusing the remains.
CASE FILE 021: OFFICIAL AIRCRAFT STATEMENT AND THE WHITE ORGANS
Location: Gomez Ranch, Dulce, New Mexico, USA, FBI Documented Cases
Date: March and April 1978
Classification: CONFIRMED (physical scene evidence excluded, compromised scene ruling)
FBI declassified documentation, New Mexico State Police official reports, and Los Alamos laboratory analysis. Heart and liver found white and mushy with a peanut butter consistency, protein denaturation from an energy field, confirmed chemically distinct by three independent private laboratories.
CASE FILE 022: THE FIFTH CORRIDOR, EAST-WEST OPERATIONAL TRANSECT
Location: The 37th Parallel, Southern Colorado to Oklahoma
Date: 2006 to 2024
Classification: CONFIRMED
Chuck Zukowski's 30-year documented investigation, including an east-west carcass orientation pattern tracked from 2006. Huerfano County, August 2014: eight cattle across nine days on two ranches, with three independent witnesses observing 12 to 15 saucer-shaped objects near the mutilation site.
CASE FILE 023: THE FEDERAL CONFERENCE, AN ASTRONAUT, THE FBI, AND TRIBAL POLICE CHIEFS
Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA
Date: April 20, 1979
Classification: CONFIRMED (with documented institutional dismissal)
One hundred eighty attendees, chaired by Senator Harrison Schmitt, Apollo 17 astronaut and Harvard PhD. The FBI confirmed federal jurisdiction, a Justice Department letter confirmed years of awareness, and a Jicarilla Apache police chief reported that people who lost livestock had been threatened.
CASE FILE 024: JUDICIAL SEARCH WARRANT AND PARTIAL TEAT SAMPLING
Location: Crook County, Oregon, USA
Date: February to April 2021

Seven animals in three months. A veterinarian's opinion that the deaths were unnatural was incorporated into a judicial search warrant, the first documented judicial acknowledgment in the series. Three of four teats specifically removed, an individually selective partial mammary sampling.
CASE FILE 025: PRE-LADY/SNIPPY, THE MODERN US RECORD BEGINS IN 1966
Location: Upper Ohio River Valley, Gallipolis, Ohio and Point Pleasant, West Virginia
Date: 1966
Classification: WEAK
John Keel and Ivan T. Sanderson documented animal mutilation cases one full year before Lady/Snippy: steers and cows found dead with brains, eyeballs, udders, and internal organs missing. Police investigated and found nothing. Keel judged the cases identical to the 1970s national wave in every respect.
CASE FILE 026: FBI INTERNAL MEMO, NO EVIDENCE OF VALUE AT ANY SCENE
Location: Minnesota, North Dakota, and South Dakota, FBI Tri-State Series
Date: 1974 to 1975
Classification: CONFIRMED
A January 1975 FBI Minneapolis Division memo to the FBI Director documenting organs missing and blood completely drained, with no evidence of value ever located at any scene across the tri-state cases. A US Senator's letter requesting federal assistance sits in the same file.
CASE FILE 027: THE EMMY DOCUMENTARY AND THE SHERIFF WITH HUNDREDS OF PHOTOGRAPHS
Location: Colorado and Wyoming, Linda Moulton Howe
Date: 1979 to 1980
Classification: CONFIRMED
Linda Moulton Howe's A Strange Harvest, a Regional Emmy winner and the highest-rated locally produced documentary in KMGH-TV Denver history, built on Sheriff Tex Graves' hundreds of Polaroid photographs and his unambiguous on-record conclusion about the perpetrators.
CASE FILE 028: NORTHERNMOST DOCUMENTED CASE, THE BUTCHER SHOP ELIMINATION
Location: Delta Junction, Alaska, USA
Date: July 2022
Classification: CONFIRMED
Investigated by Alaska State Troopers, with the Alaska Farm Bureau President acknowledging perplexity on record. The rancher, who operates a butcher shop, catalogued the removals herself and ruled out predation, the most practically qualified professional predator elimination in the series.
CASE FILE 029: BLM FEDERAL LAND AND THE PARTIAL ORGAN DISPLACEMENT

Date: July 2022

A dead bull on a Bureau of Land Management federal grazing allotment, with the Carbon County Sheriff and the Utah Department of Agriculture and Food both involved. Reproductive organs removed with one piece displaced adjacent to the carcass, the third documented instance of partial organ retention. Zero tracks.
