Whether you are a rancher who has found something you cannot explain, a witness carrying an account you have never reported, a veteran or serving member with knowledge of a case, or a researcher with documents worth examining, I want to hear from you. I am not asking you to talk about something the world tells you not to talk about without having done it myself. I have first-hand knowledge. In 2003, I had a close encounter with a plasma orb within five hundred feet. I know what it is to see something you cannot explain, and I know what it costs to say so out loud. At the time, the last thing I wanted to do was tell anybody about what I saw, because of the stigma around this topic. I told exactly one person, my brother. So if you have told no one, or only one person, I understand you completely.

And if it is not an animal mutilation but you found my site anyway, I still want to hear from you, what you have seen, what you have heard, or what you have experienced. I do not have all the answers. I wish I did. But this is a place where I can put my investigative background and my experience in this subject to work trying to get you some.

Every report is reviewed personally, every assessment is provided at no cost and carries no further obligation, and every witness who requests confidentiality gets it, no exceptions. I spent twenty-two years taking statements from people who were nervous about coming forward. You will not be dismissed here.
